"Abby's Worst Nightmare" is the second episode of the seventh season of Dance Moms. It first aired on December 6, 2016.
Synopsis
Abby challenges the Junior Elites to a head-to-head competition and makes big changes to the team. In the hopes of finding her super team, Abby sends some girls home and brings in two new girls. But, when Abby's biggest rival returns, the moms worry about her ability to hold it all together.[1]

- This marks the return of the CADC team after their initial disbandment in Abby vs. Kira...AGAIN!
- During the week, the final eight dancers that made it through Abby's and the Dance Moms audition process were announced. Two of the dancers, Camryn Bridges and Daviana Fletcher, were added to the group dance.
- September 12: October/November issue of Girls' Life Magazine featuring Kendall was released.
- This is the last episode to feature Tiffanie and Alexus Oladi and Sari and Areana Lopez.
