Ashlee Terry Allen[6] is the mother of Brynn Rumfallo. She appeared along with her daughter in two episodes of Season 5 of Dance Moms as guests. After The New Maddie? they had other obligations and were no longer a part of the show.
Due to Maddie shooting a movie in New York and thus being absent for the first several weeks of Season 6, they were invited back to join the team and fill Maddie's place.
Despite Brynn's undeniable potential and strong performances, Ashlee's sense of superiority about Brynn's destiny to become "the next Maddie" as well as her insensible negative comments about other kids on the team, particularly Kendall, resulted in her being shunned by the other moms, particularly Jill and Melissa. The conflict boiled over immediately after Brynn was made a permanent member of the elite team, resulting in Kendall yelling at Ashlee, displaying the fracture in the team.
Finally caught up in the guilt, Ashlee apologized to the whole team and made amends with everyone, becoming more of a team player and sticking up for the other girls on multiple occasions, particularly Lilliana, Maesi, and Nia. They remained permanent members on the elite team throughout the rest of Season 6 and all of Season 7. Ashlee officially ended her friendships with the junior elite moms when she and Brynn chose to return to the ALDC with the younger dancers instead of the original elite members, who formed The Irreplaceables, They left the show following the disbandment of the team in Everyone's Replaceable...Even Abby.

- Ashlee says that despite the show portraying her and Jill as being enemies, there's actually no hard feelings between them.[7]
- In January 2008, Ashlee and her then husband Aaron, filed for chapter seven bankruptcy- owing $1,405,903.80 to creditors. They racked up $1,131,668 in mortgage payments for two properties, $158,334 in credit card payments and more. The case was later discharged in April of 2008, with the family being forced to surrender one of their homes and two cars.[8]
