"Family Comes First" is the fourteenth episode of the fourth season of Dance Moms. It first aired on April 1, 2014.
Synopsis
With her mother's health declining, Abby leaves the girls and their mothers to fend for themselves at this week's competition; the pending arrival of a new team looms over Abby's original team.

- The title of the group dance is a play on Hollywood and Vine, the name of the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street in Hollywood; as well as "Bollywood" in India, which is known for producing that country's movies.
- In an Afterbuzz interview towards the end of February, Melissa, Maddie and Mackenzie indicated how much they enjoyed one of Nia's musical theatre solos on a "weird stage". Melissa said she had goosebumps, while Maddie said she was laughing the whole time, as it was like a comedy dance.
