- Filming for Season 1 started the week beginning April 4th and concluded sometime in early August.
- Abby has discussed how many of the routines from the first six episodes were previously known, with music dubbed in post-production. Some of these include: the trio in episode one, Paige's "Double Take" solo in episode four and Chloe's "Baby Mine" solo.
- Episode ten (Cathy Brings It On) was actually filmed the week after the Nationals shown in It All Ends Here. It is believed that this was done in order to set up the ALDC vs CADC rivalry, as this episode marked the studio's first appearance.
- The season had an average viewing rate of 1.329 million.
